Welcome, A Grateful Life Is Back!
What does it mean? Well, back in the day, I was a holistic health coach—yes, the one who could whip up gluten-free and allergen-friendly recipes faster than you can say "quinoa." I shared tips on eating healthy, goal setting, and how to live your best life, even when you feel a couch potato.
Trust me, I know what I'm talking about!
I have to manage a long list of things naturally because I'm chemically sensitive. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a Mast Cell Disorder, POTS, a laundry list of autoimmune conditions (including Celiac Disease), and a few comorbidities that sound like a bad game of Scrabble.
I've had to reinvent my life more times than a magician at a kid's birthday party. Then we all got hit with mold illness, and guess what? Time for another makeover! I’ll share my story and what works for me. We’re all unique snowflakes, so what works for me might not work for you, but hey, I hope my tale brings you a sprinkle of comfort and a dash of hope.
I am Coaching again! I’ve had more requests than a popular pizza joint on a Friday night, and random calls from Florida—so, the spoonie support blog is back by popular demand, and I have a dedicated Health Coaching Page.
I’ve created a beta version of the new blog! Expect gluten-free recipes, product reviews, weekly/monthly challenges with workbooks and journal pages, and a treasure trove of tips and tricks for managing life. Oh, and I even added a little Spoonie Support Forum for fun! I’ve got plans galore!
Much love, hugs, spoons, and warm fuzzies,
Your Spoonie Support Sister,
Tea
