Monsters Under The Bed
Welcome to part three of ROCKToberrrFest 2024 on Eclectic Wonderland! Today’s show, Monsters Under The Bed, dives deep into childhood fears and the shadows we face in adulthood. From drawing protective monsters for my brothers during their night terrors to facing my own fears as an adult, I’ve learned that there’s often beauty behind what scares us. Join me as we explore this spooky yet introspective journey through music.
Throughout the show, I shared stories about helping my brothers conquer their night terrors and how I still use those same strategies when facing adult fears. Music has always been my comfort, whether it was David Bowie’s Scary Monsters or Siouxsie & The Banshees' Halloween. Check out the break highlights and commentary here, along with my thoughts on how we can find light in the shadows.
