🎃 Ghouls Just Wanna Have Fun (Audities Edition)
A Graveyard-Glam Blowout from DJ Tea, Mr Announcer Man & Mickey Fingers
Welcome to the finale of Rocktoberrr 2025, where the skeletons swing, the monsters mash, and the record bin coughs up one last bowl of cursed candy for your demented delight.
This week’s Eclectic Wonderland is a full-on Audities Special, subtitled “Ghouls Just Wanna Have Fun”; and it’s packed tighter than a haunted jukebox with novelty creepers, graveyard classics, glitchy Halloween beats, and some surprise shrieks. From Freddy’s lullaby to spooky swing queens and undead PSA theatre, we went all out.
And yes, my loves ... Mickey Fingers is everywhere.
He voices the chilling IDs, steps into the spotlight with “Step Right Up (The Puppet Master’s Lament)”, and delivers this year’s public service announcement for spooky safety:
🎬 Watch the PSA: Don’t Trip On Your Sheet, Tommy!
🧃 Spook-tacular Highlights
Set 1 kicks it off with Freddy, creepy dolls, and Jonathan Coulton’s zombie office apocalypse.
Set 2 dives head (first into monster novelty territory) Skeletons, Purple People Eaters, Cockroaches and Zombies in Love.
Set 3 & 4 blend Halloween dub, post-punk hauntings, candy-fueled mayhem, and two new tracks from Gala Violet (with our beloved Puppet Master on deck).
Set 5 & 6 are pure musical mischief — think Rocky Horror, XTC’s skeleton strut, ghost chickens, spiders, Beetlejuice, and a headless horseman or two.
The show closes with a classic “Weird Al” descent into Nature Trail to Hell, because… obviously.

✨ About Mickey Fingers
Mickey Fingers is the co-creator of Velvet Umbrella Records and Gala Violet.
A multi-instrumentalist and engineer-producer, he moves between drums, guitar, bass, piano, and synth with ridiculous ease, building worlds inside Ableton Live.
Equal parts mystery and mischief, he’s a steady hand in the chaos and a spark in the shadows.
You’ll find him behind the curtain, buried in reel-to-reels and synth smoke.
