▶ Sopwith Camel – “Hello Hello” → A cheerful little psychedelic gem from the ’60s—because what’s an odd show without a proper greeting?

▶ Jean-Jacques Perrey & Dana Countryman – “Kittens on the Moon” → Synths, space, and adorable imaginary kittens? Yes, please.

Reality Check? Nope, Let’s Get Weirder!

▶ Bruce Haack – “Electric To Me Turn” → Bruce Haack, the man, the myth, the musical mad scientist. This track reminds us that electricity is, in fact, a vibe.

▶ The Evolution Control Committee – “Hillbilly Beatboxing” → What do you get when you mash up hillbilly twang and beatboxing? Exactly this.

▶ The Avalanches – “Frontier Psychiatrist” → Speaking of Dexter, I heard they are working on Season 2 of Original Sin and they started filming Resurrection! Double yay! Yay!

▶ The Bran Flakes – “Brain Flakes (Edit No.7)” → Crunchy, wacky, and 100% part of this complete breakfast.

▶ Negativland – “Don’t Don’t Get Freaked Out” → A friendly reminder: Don’t. Don’t. Get freaked out. (But let’s be honest—you probably already are.)

Negativland – “Either Or” → Because in this soundscape, things are never one or the other.

▶ Tally Hall – “&” → This song is a mystery wrapped in an ampersand.

▶ Dana Countryman & Jean-Jacques Perrey – “Chicken on the Rocks” → Imagine a chicken trying to moonwalk on a frozen pond. That’s this song.

Break Time? Nope, More Absurdity!

• The Bran Flakes – “Good Times A Goo Goo” → If a song could be made of confetti and pure serotonin, this would be it.

▶ Moxy Früvous – “SpiderMan” → A barbershop-style retelling of your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man—because why not?

▶ Barnes & Barnes – “Fish Heads” → The ultimate novelty classic. If you’ve never sung along to fish heads, fish heads, roly-poly fish heads… now’s your time.

• The Chips – “Rubber Biscuit” → If you can understand the lyrics, congratulations! If not, just enjoy the ride.

▶ Beachfront Vinny & Pineapple J – “Deep Space Nine (Hawaiian Vocals)” → Hawaiian-inspired Star Trek music? Beam me up. (Check the show notes for more info!)

▶ Dr. Octagon – “Blue Flowers” → Hip-hop takes a surreal turn. Dr. Octagon’s prescriptions are weird, but highly effective.

▶ Matmos – “Lipostudio…And So On” → A track crafted from sounds of liposuction procedures. Yes, you heard that correctly.

▶ Geek Music – “The Mysterious Ticking Noise” (From Potter Puppet Pals) → If you know, you know. If you don’t—Snape. Snape. Severus Snape.

• The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band – “The Intro and The Outro” → A roll call of musical absurdity.

• Jean-Jacques Perrey – “E.V.A” → This song sounds like robots dancing through space.

▶ People Like Us – “Abridged Too Far” → A musical cut-and-paste fever dream.
