September ended somewhere between an orchard, a corn maze, and a dance party. Then October knocked. The Invitation begins ROCKTOBERRR with a black envelope, strange details, familiar threads, and the feeling that something has already started moving behind the door.

At some point the work stopped and the dance party started. We took a little time off, wandered Wisconsin, got lost in a corn maze, found another story, opened an envelope we probably should have left alone, and danced anyway.
